What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain detailed documentation regarding case research and outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or 1-2 years' experience in a relevant field
- Strong researching and networking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in computer literacy and MS applications, with experience in CRM systems preferred
