What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound service center calls related to patient and caregiver inquiries
- Ensure exceptional customer service by actively listening and fostering positive relationships
- Conduct wellness reviews and maintain accurate data entry of sensitive information
- Follow up with patients and caregivers on time-sensitive inquiries and escalations
- Serve as a key point-of-contact for enrolled caregivers, addressing concerns and providing support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personality types
- Proficient in computer use, with strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRMs) preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to meet performance metrics consistently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three years of relevant experience in a healthcare call center or contact center environment
- Bilingual in Spanish, Creole, or other languages is a plus
- Experience in a healthcare or startup environment
- Additional experience in HR service centers is preferred
