What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound Service Center calls related to time-off, payroll, and care requests
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, and health plans, ensuring timely resolutions
- Conduct wellness reviews and maintain accurate data entry of sensitive information
- Follow up with patients and caregivers on time-sensitive inquiries and escalations
- Serve as a key point-of-contact for caregivers regarding pay discrepancies and scheduling changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or contact center environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in CRMs or Workforce Technology (preferably Salesforce, Medflyt, or Verint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and adapt to different personalities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet or exceed performance metrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three years of relevant experience in a healthcare call center or contact center environment
- Experience in a healthcare startup
- Bilingual in Spanish, Creole, or other languages
- Additional experience in an HR service center
