What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain readiness in a fast-paced contact center work environment to support military spouses
- Assess military spouses' needs and provide them with individualized available Government-approved resources
- Provide education and career advising, including recommendations for online education and training opportunities
- Schedule career coaching appointments
- Assist with the administration of a Department of Defense military spouse scholarship program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree AND 4+ years of professional experience providing educational, career, or employment advising to diverse adult populations
- 3 years of experience in training development and delivery, public speaking, and group presentation
- 2 years of experience supervising or overseeing social services and/or education programs
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Strong technology and research skills
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to accommodate a full-time training schedule for the first 6-8 weeks of employment if hired

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active certification through NAWDP, NBCC, or NCDA
- Experience working in a contact center or educational service operations environment
- Military, Military Spouse, Veteran, or Wounded Warrior status
- Experience working in a structured environment with set schedules
- Ability to build rapport with individuals in a remote/virtual setting
