What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain readiness in a fast-paced contact center work environment to support military spouses
- Receive and handle incoming calls and live chats from military spouses
- Assess military spouses' needs and provide them with individualized resources
- Provide education and career advising, including opportunities for online education and training, financial assistance resources, and occupational licensing information
- Schedule career coaching appointments and administer a scholarship program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree AND 4+ years of professional experience in educational, career, or employment advising or coaching
- 3 years of experience in training development, public speaking, and group facilitation
- 2 years of experience in supervising or overseeing social services or education programs
- U.S. Citizenship due to US Government systems access
- Reliable home internet service with speeds exceeding 3Mb
- Strong technology and research skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Critical thinking skills to connect clients to applicable resources
- Availability for full-time training during the first 6-8 weeks of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active certification through NAWDP, NBCC, or NCDA
- Experience working in a contact center or educational service operations environment
- Military or military spouse or veteran or wounded warrior status
- Experience working in a structured environment with set schedules
- Ability to build rapport in a remote/virtual setting
