What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist candidates with a broad spectrum of career transition needs, including goal setting and job market navigation
- Educate and motivate candidates on utilizing various resources and technology tools
- Provide coaching expertise for interviews and salary negotiations
- Stay informed about current job market trends and connect candidates to relevant opportunities
- Manage time and priorities related to individual program deliverables and candidate activity reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Career Consulting or related fields
- Strong job market expertise to assist individuals in assessing their skills and fit across various industries
- Knowledgeable of Talent Acquisition strategies, including applicant tracking systems and interview processes
- Proficient in utilizing technology tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite
- College degree preferred
