What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of professional expertise in Career Consulting or related fields
- Experience across diverse industries such as IT, financial services, healthcare, or marketing
- Strong knowledge of job market trends and talent acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in utilizing technology tools including Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite
- College degree preferred

- Experience in human resources, recruitment, career development, or management consulting
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment processes
