What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist candidates with various career transition needs, including resume and LinkedIn profile development, interviewing, and job assimilation
- Support candidates in building confidence and creating personalized career marketing plans
- Engage and motivate candidates to utilize available resources and technology tools
- Educate candidates on job market trends and industry connections
- Provide coaching expertise for interviews and salary negotiations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Career Consulting or related fields such as human resources or management consulting
- Business experience across diverse industries including IT, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Strong job market expertise to assess candidates' skills and fit across various job functions
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and ATS systems
- Proficient in using technology tools including Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in career/leadership development, training, or service/delivery operations
- Strong service orientation with a passion for helping individuals
- Ability to prioritize and balance multifaceted roles requiring coaching and empathy
- College degree preferred
