What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Career Consulting or related fields such as human resources, recruitment, or management consulting
- Strong job market expertise to assist individuals in assessing their skills and potential job fit
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies, including ATS systems and applicant sourcing
- Proficiency in utilizing various technology tools, including Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite
- College degree preferred
