What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentor and coach students on career-related decisions, including resume writing and interviewing skills
- Write and manage the college-wide Career Services newsletter
- Oversee the Career Clothing Closets and assist with career fairs and events
- Conduct presentations for classes and student organizations to promote career services
- Participate in the assessment and evaluation of career development programs and services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree required
- Knowledge of career counseling principles, marketing strategies, and current employment trends
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong sense of initiative and a focus on student success
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs, Counseling, or a similar field strongly preferred
