- Under direct supervision performs a variety of projects or one large project in accordance with specific instructions and established work procedures. This position is for a graduate college level student who is hired to support management with projects plans and related activities. May require taking a lead role in a project or working on a team that is leading project. Receives project guidelines/instructions from management and delivers within the scope of their responsibility a finalized product.
- Participates in department activities as required and provides support as needed which may include analysis and research.

• Ability to work well with public and staff, and as a team member.
• Requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstration of emerging leadership skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Good research skills and willingness to learn new skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail and produce high–quality work is a must.
