What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Co-lead the Career Program, focusing on enhancing career development for Posse Scholars
- Develop and implement workshops and special events aimed at career enhancement
- Collaborate with the Director and development staff to cultivate and manage career partnerships
- Connect Scholars and alumni to various resources for job search support and skill-building
- Collect data and report on career outcomes to assess program effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong experience working with youth
- Experience in corporate settings is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing volunteers
- Experience facilitating workshops
- Event planning experience
- Database management skills, particularly with Salesforce
- Graduate degree is a plus
