What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the No One Cares Alone initiative focused on caregiver mental health and wellness
- Conduct assessments and respond to mental health check-ups for caregivers and staff
- Collaborate with team members and report to the Clinical Manager, Mental Health
- Facilitate team assessments of burnout and develop appropriate interventions
- Engage in program improvement and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's or Ph.D. in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct clinical care for patients with behavioral health needs
- Relevant licensure or certification as required by the state of residency
- Ability to provide ethical consultations and adhere to regulatory standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
