What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate and schedule medical services for claimants
- Proactively monitor and manage files using proprietary web-based applications
- Provide telephonic and written customer support services
- Document actions and correspondence between parties to ensure files are complete
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations during work hours

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Effective multi-tasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office (Outlook and Excel)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a scheduling or administrative role within a healthcare or risk management setting
- Familiarity with proprietary web-based applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet designated deadlines
