      Job Summary

      Job Title: Caribou

      FLSA Status: Hourly

      Reports To: Caribou Manager

      A Caribou clerk is responsible to develop a proficiency in filling guest drink orders quickly, efficiently, and consistently while promoting a positive and energetic atmosphere.

      Job Description

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Assists customers with their coffee orders as well as greet, offer, & thank every guest
      • Provides recommendations to guests
      • Solves guest questions and concerns
      • Takes guest orders and payment
      • Prepares beverages and serves food products as applicable
      • Keeping supplies stocked and organized
      • Ensures floors are clean and free of debris
      • Prepares product for other shifts
      • Responsible for conducting and auditing temperature checks and food safety logs
      • Completing all checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects assigned by the Supervisor
      • Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
      • Other duties as assigned

      • Physical: walking, bending, kneeling, able to reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weighing up to 50 lbs., equipment operation (intercom, telephone, scanner, register, scale, blender, coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder)

      WORK SCHEDULE

      Must be able to work a variety of shifts; including early mornings, nights, weekends, & holidays
