      Job Title: Construction Laborer

      Job Description:

      The candidate will engage in production construction work. This role involves repetitive installations. The candidate must be proficient with basic hand and power tools and will be trained to assemble and build the trailers. Once trained, the candidate is expected to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

      Responsibilities:

      • Build jobsite trailers from scratch.
      • Perform repetitive installations with uniform 8-foot trailers.
      • Utilize basic hand and power tools effectively.
      • Assemble and build trailers following training.
      • Ensure self-sufficiency and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

      Essential Skills:

      • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
      • Basic carpentry skills.
      • Experience with framing and construction.
      • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
      • Basic electrical experience (preferred).

      Additional Skills & Qualifications:

      • OSHA 10 or any other safety training certification.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
