Skills:

• 6 months - 1 year of experience
• Work through all phases from demolition to finishing (Able to think ahead to the finishing details while in the demo and framing stages).
• Experience in framing with wood and steel studs, window and door installation, and building envelope work an asset
• Drywall experience is an asset.
• Experience with woodworking and finishing an asset.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must be organized and able to keep work area clean.
• Able to take direction and follow through on instructions.
• Willing to learn and have a "Can do" attitude.

Requirements:

• Be able to stand and/or be on their feet most of the day
• Must be able to work in outdoor weather
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Use proper lifting techniques for heavy items weighing more than 25 kilograms.
