      What would you be doing?

      Investigating and assessing claims made on behalf the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, providing fair outcomes (and where necessary) calculating the amount of compensation due to our customers .

      What are we looking for?

      • Experience of working in Financial Service, particularly Stockbroking/General Investments with a background in dealing with complaints
      • Experience of working in pensions
      • Familiar working in a demanding, regulated environment.
      • Ability to communicate and work proficiently across a variety of platforms ( ie MS Office, internal systems, email/phone etc)
      • High standards of professionalism, and pride in delivering outstanding customer service
      • Previous experience of working on cases with the FSCS, FOS, or Financial Services qualifications is desirable but not required
