      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interface with insurance carriers and MSK billing departments to facilitate authorizations for inpatient treatment
      - Communicate with Physicians and Licensed Independent Practitioners to engage them in discussions with insurance review organizations
      - Access various resources to provide accurate clinical information supporting reimbursement for services
      - Ensure compliance with Case Management policies and HIPAA regulations
      - Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance the overall case management process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with the insurance industry and interpreting medical records
      - Managed Care/Insurance utilization experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
      - Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Knowledge of EPIC preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in case management or similar roles within healthcare
      - Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement processes
      - Additional certifications related to case management or healthcare services
