What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with management to develop and adapt audit tools and reports
- Conduct routine case review audits to identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze and track staff audit results; provide written feedback for performance improvement
- Evaluate current processes against accreditation standards and recommend improvements
- Provide consultation on quality improvement processes and methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of clinical RN experience in a clinical role
- 3+ years of experience as an RN case manager at a health plan
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Case management certification (CCM preferred)
- Clinical quality certification (CPHQ preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
- Familiarity with NCQA Case Management accreditation standards
- Experience in performance improvement or quality improvement projects
