What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a caseload in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards
- Provide crisis intervention and support to families in crisis situations
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for children and families
- Engage with children and their sponsors throughout the casework process
- Compile and maintain accurate records and documentation as required by agency policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in crisis intervention and case management
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in sensitive situations
- Must pass pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in social work, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field
- Experience working with immigrant populations and child welfare
- Familiarity with federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to the position
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with comprehensive safety and mental health assessments
