What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather required documentation for child's YFT File
- Conduct calls, interviews, and virtual visits with clients in Spanish or other languages
- Complete Individualized Needs Assessment and risk assessments for clients
- Provide placement services, resources, referrals, and assistance to clients and sponsors
- Maintain accurate records and case files while ensuring client confidentiality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience working with vulnerable populations
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior knowledge of immigrant community local resources
- Ability to communicate well with agencies, parents, and youth
- Flexible schedule to accommodate after-hours services
- Valid U.S. driver's license and personal transportation
- Current and maintained annual TB tests/screenings
