You will be working within a dynamic and demanding environment, initiating new client and new product requests as instructed by the Know Your Client (KYC) Desk Relationship Manager
Review documentation provided by the Front Office and / or the client and help source missing information prior to the case being submitting to the maker team
The ability to manage Front Office expectations is imperative as trading and client service depend on their being given transparency over the process
Production blockers must be escalated in a timely manner with full oversight through to resolution
Training will need to be provided to more junior team members who will view you as a mentor and role model
Opportunity to be involved in various ad hoc projects and initiatives helping to drive continuous improvement in Deutsche Bank’s people, processes and technology
Must have relevant experience in Client On-boarding with an understanding of KYC/Anti Money Laundering (AML) legislation, Reg DD (MiFID, European Market Infrastructure Regulation etc.) and Tax requirements (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, Common Reporting Standard etc.) including having a good awareness of the risks associated with specific entity types
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You must be resilient, with a proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organisational and conflict resolution skills
Degree or equivalent experience

The Know Your Client Case Manager will be responsible for supporting the business with New Client Adoptions (NCAs) with a primary focus on clients managed from the UK office.
Client Life Cycle Management (CLM) comprises of Client Onboarding (NCA) and Client Account Maintenance (CAM) and Reference Data Services (RDS). These groups provide client related operational services across the Global Markets (FIC) and Corporate Investment Banking global client base, which facilitates client business; protects against Client Lifecycle risk and drives and maintains data standards within the firm.
You will join the CLM team which plays an integral part in the firm’s first line of defense against financial crime, whilst ensuring client relationships are on-boarded and maintained efficiently and accurately.
