The Embracing Project (TEP) is a Rite of Passage program advocation peace and healing for youth survivors of violence, sexual exploitation, and trafficking, through the development of specialized programs. trauma- informed care, and unconditional support.

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour.

What you will do: As a Case Manager, you are responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs ~ Develop and oversee the completion of the MAP Plan ~ Provide monthly progress notes and weekly student updates ~ Facilitate weekly group meetings ~ Conduct assigned responsibilities with respect, consideration, encouragement, positive guidance, and utilization of resources towards the youths’ overall success.

To be considered you should: Must be fluent in Spanish, be empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect ~ Have a desire to work with troubled teens ~ Have a BA/BS in a related field ~ Have prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday ~ 9am - 6pm.*1-hour break each day.
