- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred.
- Previous experience in case management or social services, particularly with individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize and build rapport with individuals facing difficult circumstances.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or those who are economically disadvantaged highly preferred.
- Knowledge of community resources and social service agencies.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all shelter residents.
- Provide case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness, assessing their needs and developing personalized action plans.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals related to housing, employment, healthcare, and other essential areas.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, offering guidance, encouragement, and resources to support their journey toward stability.
- Connect clients with community resources, social services, and employment opportunities to enhance their prospects for long-term success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and community partners to provide holistic support to individuals in the shelter program.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Clean 39-month driving record
- Current auto liability insurance
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to obtain Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card upon hire (if there are any uncertainties whether an applicant may have to go through an appeal process; they are encouraged to complete that process prior to applying, as an invalid card will result in termination of employment)

Hourly Pay Rate: $17 + (depending on years of experience)
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday; 10am - 7pm
Location: Mesa, AZ*Required to complete our "New Hire Orientation" held on the first work week of employment, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm; subject to change upon completion of orientation requirements which may grant early release of orientation before Friday; orientation not offered evenings or weekends.
