      Employer is seeking a candidate for the role of Group Disability Income Insurance Claims Processor.       Job Responsibilities:
      - Work remotely from a home office with periodic visits to the assigned GCSO office as needed
      - Address and resolve complex client escalation issues
      - Manage assigned caseload of long-term disability (LTD) claims
      - Determine whether to suspend, terminate, or pay claims
      - Update current claims records and input data
      - Evaluate claimant eligibility using information from claimant, attending physician, and employer
      - Follow established claim policies and practices to resolve claims and issues
      - Perform other related duties as assigned or required

      Job Requirements:
      - Must live within a commutable distance from the job location
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 1+ years of customer service experience
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Ability to prioritize and multitask
      - Ability to think abstractly
      - Strong keyboarding skills
