      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Timely and accurately post patient and insurance payments
      - Complete remittance and credit card reconciliation on a daily basis
      - Verify automated upload for accuracy
      - Develop and manage relationships with 3rd party providers/vendors
      - Assist in training new employees in best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Accounting, Collections, Business Operations, or related industry experience
      - Associate's degree preferred
      - Proficient in the use of a calculator and 10-key by touch accurately
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in healthcare data entry
      - Results driven with a strong ownership and accountability for deliverables

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of card payment industry
      - Experience with interpretation of payor remittance and/or explanation of benefits
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      - Experience in process improvement
      - Ability to troubleshoot problems and issues
