What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash transactions by communicating with practice managers and staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to cash handling and financial reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in cash handling operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of cash transactions and reconciliation reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years' experience in cash reconciliation or accounting, preferably within the healthcare or veterinary industry
- Strong understanding of cash reconciliation procedures in a multi-location environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in cash handling or reconciliation
- Experience with banking platforms and electronic payment processing systems
- Familiarity with veterinary practice management software or electronic medical records systems
- Previous experience in a multi-site or corporate environment supporting financial operations
