What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Resolve accounts in Epic work queues in a timely manner
- Balance all cash reports daily and determine appropriate contractual adjustments
- Verify balances and calculate adjustments during payment posting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with finance, accounting, or collection systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Above-average math skills with proficiency in keyboard and calculator use
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
