Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Primary Responsibility:
Support retail operations by handling cashier transactions and preparing Starbucks beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent, courteous service.

• Accurately operate the POS system for all sales transactions.

• Handle cash, gift cards, credit cards, and vouchers with accurate daily balancing.

• Prepare Starbucks drinks following standardized recipes efficiently.

• Replenish and rotate front-of-house items (some light lifting required).

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area.

• Perform effectively during periods of high volume and fast pace.

Requirements:

• Ability to make exact change during cash transactions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to respond professionally to customer inquiries or complaints.

• Ability to follow simple written or verbal instructions and operate in standardized environments.

• Familiarity with food service procedures and standards.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods (at least 1.5 hours at a time).

Education & Certification:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Valid California Food Handlers Card required
