What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, investigate, negotiate, and resolve injury claims with exposure valued less than $35,000
- Handle simple to moderate first and third-party auto liability cases involving unrepresented claimants
- Arrange property damage repairs, rental, and towing as required
- Communicate with claimants and stakeholders via writing, phone, and electronic means
- Participate in handling simple homeowner losses related to catastrophe events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Basic math and computer skills with the ability to type 30 wpm

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of claims experience, particularly in injury claims
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Four-year degree preferred
- Prior injury experience strongly preferred
