What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle, manage, investigate, negotiate, and settle injury claims with exposure valued less than $35,000
- Manage an inventory of claims within specified state compliance guidelines
- Arrange property damage repair, rental, and towing as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients through writing, telephone, and electronic means
- Assist in catastrophe-related activities, including handling simple homeowner losses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in business, insurance, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make strong decisions
- Proficient oral and written communication skills with a good command of the English language
- Basic math and computer skills, including typing at least 30 wpm

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of claims experience
- Prior injury experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- 4-year degree preferred
- Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups or volunteering
