- Build, edit, and proof portion of weekly ads. Also review and enter corresponding retails.
- Support category plans and objectives through data analysis, systems support, financial and deal sheet review.
- Research Bonus Buy extension requests, retail discrepancies, and inventory report for resolutions.
- Review cost changes and run sales reports for manual billing requests.
- Serve as a liaison and work closely with Category Business Managers, vendors, C&S buyers, supply chain, store managers, Pricing, Accounting and Promotions to keep all involved up to date and aware of any issues.
- Meet tight ad, billing, and set up deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure accurate set up of new vendors, new items, and discontinue of products.
- Monitor and track deals, new and disc items, conversions, and D & A billing
- Satisfactory performance reviews
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
- Takes initiative to anticipate needs and plan accordingly for reoccurring activities
- Very proficient in Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of administrative experience
Salary: $17.93- $26.91

The Coordinator operates as the center for their designated merchandising area, working to directly support the director and category managers, and to collaborate with professionals in various adjacent functional areas. The Category Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Category Business Managers in the areas of ad and item accuracy, reporting, pricing, and inventory control. Provide continuous support to stores and vendors by answering questions and providing direction.

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Northeast Shared Services’ total compensation and benefits package, which includes, 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
