      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve high volumes of dials and conversations, focusing on growth in Target Accounts and new client acquisition

      - Conduct outbound calls to leads, including new, active, and at-risk clients, to foster relationships and generate revenue
      - Research prospective clients and industries to expand the customer base
      - Develop and execute Territory Account Plans to meet assigned revenue goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales or account management
      - Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and achieve sales targets
      - Strong knowledge of geographic territory, including key employers and economic drivers
      - Proficiency in CRM software for client qualification and sales tracking
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

      - Familiarity with catering services and product offerings
      - Experience with online ordering systems and client presentations
      - Knowledge of business journals and networking platforms like LinkedIn for prospecting
