Position Summary: As a Barista, you will be the face of Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino welcoming and connecting with every guest. Your responsibilities include preparing high-quality beverages and food, operating the cash register, and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our guest areas. This position offers a unique opportunity to create a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and connect with every guest, identifying their needs and suggesting products to enhance service and meet sales goals.
• Prepare high-quality beverages and food following Grab and Go service standards.
• Operate the cash register, handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of merchandise and guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Demonstrate a commitment to creating the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino experience.
• Multi-task efficiently to assist guests swiftly and effectively.
• Effectively communicate and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Report guest complaints or issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with the supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills, verbal communication, and guest service skills required.
• Prior money handling and computer skills (Point of Sale) are essential.
• Knowledgeable in the operation of Commercial Espresso machines and cooking equipment.
• Basic working knowledge of blended beverages.
