Title : CC&B Business Analyst Duration : 1 Year Location : Remote Pay rate ; $65/hr W2 Qualifications Minimum:
Oracle CC&B expertise is crucial for this role. Must be at expert level.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, equivalent work experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in analyzing, designing and developing functional requirements and application functional designs
- MUST HABE experience of Oracle CC&B application and data model
- Strong BA skillset to negotiate and manage expectations with business and IT teams
- Self-driven/motivated to ensure progress is made for the project
- Project documentation (Functional Requirement, Functional Design, Detailed Design, Deployment Document)
- CC&B (Oracle Customer Care and Billing) functions: Start/Stop, Pay Plan, Integration/XAI functionalities
Desired:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar or related job functions (Information Technology or Business) that could be substituted by an advanced degree
- Perform end user training
- Ability to assist with QA testing and UAT testing.
- Excellent presentation skills for demos and training
- Working knowledge of relational databases, including data querying is a plus
- Be able to design as an individual but within the framework of the team and product
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementation of system enhancement

Responsibilities Ideation:
- Work with business organizations to provide input regarding enhancement feasibility
- Using business process knowledge, proactively look for opportunities for system enhancements
- Evaluate and provide input to "business concept requirements"
- Prepare preliminary design for concept estimation purposes
Project:
- Analyze/assemble requirements
- Provide technical expertise and assistance in designing, testing and developing applications
- Perform feasibility analysis, design and provide recommendations on the alternative solutions, project strategy and deliverable prioritization, as well as system alternatives or enhancements to current systems
- Prepare final functional requirement and functional design documentation
- Conduct walkthrough of deliverables with business and obtain approval/signoff
- Provide SME support to developers and testers
- Work with business to document and analyze project change controls
- Support stabilization of deployed code
- Basic Scripting experience required for daily task or product automation - (Korn Shell or Bash Shell)
