What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support CCU Academy Representatives by processing dual credit applications using various application systems
- Report to the Assistant Director of Curriculum and Instruction, providing updates on application statuses and problem-solving barriers
- Conduct initial reviews of dual credit applications to ensure all required documents are collected
- Track missing application documents and communicate with CCU Academy Representatives about outstanding items
- Collaborate with teams to meet assigned CCU Academy goals and objectives each academic year

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred
- Effective administrative skills and background preferred
- Demonstrated skills in organization, project management, and time management
- High attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Filebound, and Adobe Pro
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
- Experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
