What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Setup and input Conventional, FHA, and VA loans in a timely manner
- Prepare and process disclosure documents; follow through all stages until completed and signed by all parties
- Review file documentation, including income/employment verifications and property valuations; open escrow and title
- Communicate with loan processors and key individuals to ensure timely closure of loans
- Assist loan processors in gathering information to clear underwriting and resolve investor stipulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and third-party software applications
- Commitment to company values, including customer service, integrity, respect, collaboration, learning, and excellence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the mortgage banking industry or related field
- Familiarity with RESPA guidelines and mortgage processing
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and techniques quickly
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
