      How will you make an impact in this role?

      The Colleague & Labor Relations (CLR) Strategy, Enablement, and Risk team is a global team that enables the CLR operational teams to meet their mission by focusing on the development and implementation of critical strategic initiatives, driving a global perspective, and providing consistency throughout CLR, resulting in data-driven insights, mitigated risk, and an enhanced colleague experience.

      The Global CEG (Colleague Experience Group) Policy Governance Office (CEG PGO) is a function within the Strategy, Enablement, and Risk team, which is a part of the CEG Colleague and Labor Relations group (CLR) and is responsible for the global governance oversight of CEG-owned policy documents. PGO helps support global colleague-focused policy excellence, resulting in a positive and consistent colleague experience and ensuring an effective, compliant policy governance structure. The PGO team works directly with global CEG policy owners who own all policy content, handle BAU policy management and must adhere to all CEG policy governance protocols.

      Due to the nature of the work, key partnerships and the reporting relationship, the working hours in the respective market must include, in general, the US hours 9:00am - 12:00pm NY Eastern Time on average two days per week with occasional flexibility required for critical meetings and training.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage and support PGO Team with key responsibilities and special projects
      • Support Process Risk Self-Assessment (PRSA) and Business Continuity (BCP) processes and testing
      • Manage annual Policy adherence to AXP Records Management “Official Records” Destruction protocols
      • Understand specific Navex PolicyTech (3rd Party) administrative, technical, and reporting processes
      • Manage and support ongoing review and updates to PGO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
      • Manage and support key quality control initiatives, including annual PolicyTech/CEG Library “True Up” confirmation process
      • Manage and support various CEG policy related special projects. Projects will vary over time based on business, technology, and risk program changes
      • Provide subject matter expertise and consultative support to CEG business partners and key stakeholders relating to certain CEG policy governance protocols
      • Develop and maintain collaborative, cross-functional relationships to help drive CEG Policy Governance adherence
      • Contribute to a positive team working environment and lead, manage, and participate in various ad-hoc initiatives / other duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • At least Two years of Human Resources (HR) experience
      • Must have intellectual curiosity and strong research, analytical and problem-solving/process enhancement skills
      • Proven skills when it comes to attention to details and delivering high-quality work
      • Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple organizational levels
      • Ability to work effectively independently, within a team and across teams to drive business results and compliance adherence, utilizing effective process and project management skills
      • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
      • Pivot easily between leading some projects end-to-end while playing a supporting role on others
      • Efficient time management skills to handle simultaneous responsibilities/deliverables and meet deadlines
      • Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to frequent change
      • High degree of confidentiality when managing sensitive and confidential information
      • Ability to work with a team that is geographically dispersed and in a virtual environment
      • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      Additional Details:

      • Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
      • Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
