What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with an experienced sales team to learn skills in prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Maintain account information in CRM software and assist in data management
- Participate in targeted training on cell analysis instrumentation and its applications in scientific research
- Pursue independent projects that contribute real impact to the employer and its customers
- Engage in a part-time role during the semester and full-time work over the summer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of sophomore year in a life sciences or other relevant biological field at an accredited 4-year university
- Self-motivation with attention to detail and superb organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in complex databases and manipulate data as needed
- Coursework, training, or hands-on experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales or other customer engagement experience is considered a plus, but not required
