What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve assigned sales targets for Cell and Gene Therapy products in the designated region
- Provide sales support at customer meetings, tradeshows, and workdays
- Identify new opportunities within local Global Strategic Account locations
- Train distributor partners on the placement and sale of cell and gene therapy products
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities in CRM and provide market updates to internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science area
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Cell and Gene Therapy sales
- Strong understanding of the sales process and market dynamics
- Familiarity with funnel management and sales definitions
- Experience with Cell and Gene Therapy workstreams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Global Strategic Accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of bioproduction and its applications in healthcare
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies
