What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager
- Make timely decisions regarding the allocation of resources and project management
- Manage team members to ensure exceptional customer service and care
- Perform miscellaneous tasks such as installing hitches and brake controllers
- Engage in ongoing training through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any capacity
- Customer service experience
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the service industry
- Familiarity with moving and storage operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to equipment operation
