What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process customer requests for price estimates received via phone and online
- Verify patient/customer insurance benefits across various managed care and uninsured plans
- Calculate patient/customer financial responsibility and provide estimates directly
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a professional attitude at all times
- Document financial information accurately in the patient accounting system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Patient Financial Services (HIM, Coding, Patient Accounts, or Patient Registration)
- Alternatively, 7 years of experience with a High School Diploma in the same fields
- Detailed understanding of insurance benefits and employer coverage
- Must reside in Florida

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Soarian and Trace worklists
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with call center operations and scripts
- Ability to work collaboratively with onsite team members
