What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Daily review and management of Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodation and rate inventory controls
- Ensure group inventory is managed effectively
- Implement strategies on 3rd party internet channels ensuring parity in all distribution channels
- Conduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine impact on hotel RevPAR
- Prepare weekly and monthly strategy reports for numerous hotels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with multiple properties or multiple market experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- High school diploma
- Ability to work with and understand financial information and data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
- Experience with PRIO, Reserve, RMT, and other revenue systems
