What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and ensure timely processing of referrals via fax, telephone, email, and electronic platforms
- Coordinate with local branches to manage acceptance and response to all referrals
- Maintain systematic and orderly business and clinical files
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient support
- Respond to all referral inquiries in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent with customer service experience
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting
- Strong ability to maintain business and clinical files systematically
- Preferred LPN/LVN certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, psychology, or nursing or equivalent business experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare or home health setting
