What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage the timely response to all referrals received via fax, telephone, email, and electronic platforms
- Coordinate with local branches to ensure proper implementation of acceptance and response to referrals
- Maintain organized business and clinical files in a systematic manner
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and referring facilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, psychology, or nursing preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work in an interdisciplinary setting
- LPN/LVN certification preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related field
- Familiarity with electronic referral systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
