What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter discharge orders into MatrixCare system for patients admitted to an NHC center
- Review accuracy of entered orders, verify, and activate in the MatrixCare system
- Focus on patient safety by minimizing errors
- Assist regional nurses with MDS audits and completions as needed
- Utilize the nursing process for problem-solving in accordance with medication safety

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed to practice nursing in the state
- Professional experience in nursing, including pharmaceutical and supervisor skills
- Computer skills, including order entry
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to achieve CMAC certification for MDS coordinator functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an MDS coordinator or in a related healthcare role
