What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outgoing patient recruitment calls and manage incoming inquiries
- Screen potential subjects based on clinical research study criteria
- Document patient information accurately in the computer system
- Schedule pre-screening and screening visits for potential subjects
- Maintain communication with callers and site locations to ensure excellent service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales, or a medical/clinical setting
- Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal)
- Strong persuasive and selling abilities
- Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with pharmaceutical drugs preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude under pressure
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
