What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pre-register and schedule patient appointments for assigned services with appropriate providers
- Direct calls to the appropriate area for services not provided in Centralized Scheduling
- Receive requests for information and ensure timely distribution of materials
- Schedule, admit, and pre-authorize insurance for all patients in the assigned area
- Collaborate with team members to improve scheduling processes and patient experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two or more years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to stay calm and effectively manage critical situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in utilizing scheduling and healthcare management systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or completion of a medical terminology program
- Two or more years of experience in a medical setting
- Familiarity with insurance pre-authorization processes
- Knowledge of healthcare services and patient care protocols
- Experience working in a high-volume call center environment
