What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate daily staffing needs with designated facilities and personnel
- Manage communication with facilities regarding staffing progress and fill outstanding needs
- Ensure timely confirmation of shifts and manage cancellations effectively
- Serve as a liaison between local offices, staff, vendors, and facilities to meet staffing requirements
- Participate in daily staffing meetings to review forecasts and confirmations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate College Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; staffing experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment
